Terms of Service
These Terms govern VORKIVO, software for service businesses. By creating an account, purchasing access or using VORKIVO, you agree to them.
1. Service
VORKIVO provides customer management, quotes, jobs, scheduling, expenses, invoices, follow-ups, reporting and related workflow tools. Features may evolve.
2. Accounts
You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Your business and content
You remain responsible for your business, customers, services, prices, quotes, invoices, taxes, communications, records and all information you enter (“Customer Content”). You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis required to collect, upload and instruct us to process Customer Content.
VORKIVO is a software tool and is not a party to contracts between you and your customers. You may not use it for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
4. Customer personal data
Where you enter personal data about your own customers or contacts, you generally act as controller and VORKIVO processes that data on your behalf. The VORKIVO Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms where applicable.
5. VorkiBot / AI
VorkiBot is automated assistance for using VORKIVO. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. Do not intentionally submit sensitive personal data, card data, passwords or secrets to VorkiBot.
6. Subscription and payment
Paid access is a recurring subscription at the price shown before checkout and renews until canceled unless stated otherwise. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and mandatory law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
8. Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, disrupt or overload the service, introduce malicious code, unlawfully scrape or reverse engineer it, infringe rights, or resell access without permission.
9. Intellectual property
VORKIVO software, design, branding and documentation remain owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while authorized. You retain Customer Content and grant us only rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display it to provide and secure the service.
10. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change or suspend the service where reasonably necessary for security, law or misuse.
11. No professional advice
Calculations, invoice/quote tools, tax fields and reports are workflow aids. You must verify outputs and comply with laws applicable to your business.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VORKIVO is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by user-entered information or third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid for the account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension/termination
We may suspend or terminate access for overdue payment, material breach, security/legal risk or unlawful use, with reasonable notice where appropriate.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes where required by law.
