Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to VORKIVO subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel through the VORKIVO billing/customer portal. Unless law or checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the already-paid period.
2. Refunds
Transactions are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable buyer terms/refund policy, or where additional rights are expressly offered. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
3. Billing support
Paddle handles billing transactions, returns and payment-related customer service as Merchant of Record. For VORKIVO access/functionality issues, contact support@vorkivo.com.
4. Disputed charges
Contact Paddle buyer support promptly for duplicate, unauthorized or disputed transactions. We will reasonably assist with product-access information where needed.
